What is Strength Rebels?
Strength Rebels is a community of athletes and adults men and women alike that come to train under a certified coach that will help bring your performance to next level. We say community because you become a part of a group that is looking to achieve that next level of success in sports or in life. We are not just a gym where you come in and people only know you by the days of the week you come in. Here at Strength Rebels we improve your overall body power speed and control. No matter what level you are at we will help you.
Using various implements and effective training techniques we will help you achieve your goals that are if you qualify for the program. Examples of our training are Plyo metrics, core conditioning, building work capacity muscles endurance, speed strength, strength speed flexibility and pre-hab. We use objects that you most likely haven’t seen in many gyms before. We have the tools to help you succeed and dominate in your sport and in life.
How long is a session?
A session is 45-60 minutes. It is semi private 3-4 at a time.
But my son or daughter already goes to the high school to workout?
That is fine if your athlete goes to “workout” with his or her team. As Strength Rebels we Train, we don’t workout. I must say though most high school athletes that are in the weight room are just there to hang out. If your high school program does provide honest results, which some do then that is great.
What makes you different from other training places?
You. What makes us different are the ones accepted into the program. Let’s face it; a pushup is a pushup no matter how you do them. Atmosphere and attitude and hardworking individuals separate us form the competition. Did I also mention that we provide results? Everyone that is in the program now has increased their major lifts by a minimum of 50lbs in less than 3 months.
I already go to the gym.
Having a gym membership is great, but I are you truly pushing yourself when you are there? That’s where Strength Rebels comes in. We push you to reach your next level potential.

How much does this cost?
To be honest; if price is a concern, this may not be the program for you. It costs $200 a month for 2-3 times a week and $250 for 3-5 days a week
I am a beginner. Can I train here?
How old do I have to be?
Youngest we accept is 6th grade and up.
